HOW IT WORKS
1. Select your products.
Choose the number of individual products you wish to submit. Each formulation is reviewed independently.
2. Submit your application.
Complete the application form and purchase your selected review package.
3. Connect with our team.
After purchase, our team will contact you to initiate the certification process. Be prepared to provide complete and accurate INCI ingredient lists, quantitative formulations, ingredient sourcing information, and supporting documentation.
4. Earn the mark.
Products that successfully meet all applicable certification requirements will be authorized to display the CleanTan Certified™ badge in accordance with our brand guidelines.
MAKE THE MARK YOURS
Customize the official CleanTan Certified™ badge to complement your brand's aesthetic.
Add our optional Custom Color Certification Badge for $50 per colorway. We'll recolor the official mark using your brand's colors while preserving its original design, typography, and proportions.
Custom badges are available exclusively for approved products.

Certification is not guaranteed. Your application fee covers the formulation review process, not certification approval.
Each product is evaluated independently. Approval of one product does not guarantee approval of additional products.
Applicants must provide complete and accurate formulation, INCI, sourcing, and supporting documentation. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay or prevent approval.
Payment does not authorize use of the CleanTan Certified™ name, logo, or certification mark. Permission is granted only after written approval and remains subject to applicable certification terms.
The application fee is non-refundable.
